We are seeking a fellowship-trained pediatric otolaryngologist who
values meaningful surgical volume, professional autonomy, and a
collaborative practice.

Step into immediate surgical opportunity with an anticipated schedule
of approximately two clinic days and two to three OR days
weekly, supported by dedicated surgical block time.

nurse practitioners, physician assistants, dedicated
audiology staff, and an established clinical team.

Broad Pediatric ENT with Room for Your Interests
Care for children with routine and complex conditions, including airway
disorders, sinus disease, hearing concerns, and head and neck conditions.
Develop subspecialty interests while maintaining a broad surgical practice.
Professional Autonomy and ASC Ownership Potential
Practice in a physician-led setting with the opportunity to pursue
ambulatory surgery center (ASC) ownership.

Compensation & Benefits
- Realistic annual earning potential of $500,000+
through a base salary plus uncapped productivity incentives.
Actual earnings depend on individual production. - $50,000 signing bonus and relocation assistance.
- 25 days of PTO, nine holidays, and five CME days.

Schedule & Call
Choose a 4.5-day or 5-day workweek, with established
clinical support and dedicated OR block time.
Call includes approximately one weekend per month,
with most coverage handled by phone. Full weekday call, hospital coverage,
and in-person responsibilities will be reviewed during interviews.
Candidate Qualifications
Candidates should be board-certified or board-eligible in
otolaryngology, with pediatric otolaryngology fellowship
training completed before their start date. We seek a
collaborative colleague comfortable managing routine and complex
pediatric ENT conditions. Interests in subspecialty development
and practice growth are encouraged.
