When you log into My PENTA Page, which is also described as a patient portal, you must use a valid user ID and a password that you create during your first visit to the portal. Once logged in, you are automatically directed to your personal page. Your name will be seen in the welcome message at the top of your home page, which guarantees that you have logged into your personal page. On My PENTA Page, you will find links to all of the information you need to communicate with us, as well as information about your online account.
